ABOUT US
Bethpage Little League is a volunteer organization, operating under charter of Little League Baseball and Softball, whose purpose is to provide a Little League Baseball and Softball Program for the Community of Bethpage. We are dedicated to the principle of providing a safe, fun environment in which the children of our League can enjoy learning the rules and playing baseball or softball. Our League boundaries are specified by the Little League National organization.
Bethpage Little League is part of Little League New York District 32.
Established in 1952, Bethpage Little League is a non-profit organization run entirely by volunteers (board of directors, managers, coaches and all other duties). These volunteers help our organization provide a safe and fun atmosphere for learning baseball. In addition, we have a youth umpire program that offers training and work experience for our youth.
Our goals are to run a safe, inclusive, parent run program where sportsmanship, fair play, volunteerism, teamwork, and fun are our operating principles. Our Board Members are parents who feel that they can contribute to the Community with service to the League Organization. Our coaches are parent volunteers who wish to bring their special skills to a team of players whose goals are to have FUN playing baseball.
